Gillian Duffy is currently engaged in a number of matters representing insurance companies primarily defending actions against their insured. She also provides general advice in regard to insolvency procedures within the Isle of Man and has been involved in mutual legal assistance actions between different jurisdictions.
Gillian joined the firm in 2005 as a trainee and was called to the Manx Bar in 2008.
